This was unexpected! A total metal slaughterhouse! Best concert ever. From The Pursuit of Vikings to Twilight of the Thunder God Amon Amarth ruled the stage. The spectacle was on a whole new level to what we saw in Zagreb and the sound in Orpheum was perfect.
I know I said I would never buy a ticket for the second floor again, but the best tickets already sold out, which is not surprising at all, with such great melodic death metal support acts. Unfortunately, Omnium Gatherum had some sound difficulties, but they were remedied for Dark Tranquillity, who did a good job of warming us all up. They received a well deserved ovation before leaving the stage to the Vikings.
